Profile antibody responses against the entire Zika virus proteome.

The PEPperCHIP® Zika Virus Proteome Microarray covers the entire Zika Virus from two different strains translated into highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains 3,419 linear 15-mer peptides with a 14-mer overlap (shift 1) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.

Identify, profile and compare Zika Virus specific IgG, IgA, and IgM responses in patient or animal sera for vaccine development. Screen viral antigens to find and characterize immunodominant epitopes for in-vitro diagnostics research. The microarray can be used for proteome-wide epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

Peptide length and overlap: 15 aa peptides with peptide-peptide overlap of 14 aa (shift 1)


Number of peptides / spots: 3,419 / 6,838 (peptides printed in duplicate)


Positive control: HA (YPYDVPDYAG), polio (KEVPALTAVETGAT) and c-Myc (EQKLISEEDL) control peptides (34, 32 and 26 spots each control)


Size and format: 3'' x 1'', 75.4 mm x 25.0 mm x 1.0 mm, containing 1 array copy per chip
