PEPperCHIP® Tetanus Toxin Microarray

Profile antibody responses against Tetanus toxin with amino acid resolution.

The PEPperCHIP® Tetanus Toxin Microarray covers the whole Tetanus toxin antigen translated into 1,315 highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains linear 15-mer peptides with a 14-mer overlap (shift 1) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Each microarray chip contains three two array copies for one-by-one assays. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.

The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

Microarray content: Tetanus toxin (Tentoxylysin) from Clostridium tetani (strain Massachusetts / E88) 

• 

Peptide length and overlap: 15 aa peptides with peptide-peptide overlap of 14 aa (shift 1)

• 

Number of peptides / spots: 1,315 / 2,630 (peptides printed in duplicate)

• 

Positive control: HA (YPYDVPDYAG), polio (KEVPALTAVETGAT) and c-Myc (EQKLISEEDL) control peptides (31, 30 and 22 spots each control)

• 

Size and format: 3'' x 1'', 75.4 mm x 25.0 mm x 1.0 mm, containing 2 array copies per chip

• 

Accessories: compatible with 3/2 well PEPperCHIP® Incubation Tray

 

Sample information

• 

Can be assayed with at least 20 µL serum/plasma or 10-20 µg/mL purified antibody.
