PEPperCHIP® SARS-CoV Antigen Microarray

Profile antibody responses against 4 selected antigens of SARS-CoV-1.

The PEPperCHIP® SARS-CoV Antigen Microarray covers four selected antigens of SARS-CoV-1 translated into 998 highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains linear 15-mer peptides with a 13-mer overlap (shift 2) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Each microarray chip contains three array copies for one-by-one assays. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.

The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

Microarray content: 4 selected antigens of SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV-1): spike glycoprotein (S protein), nucleoprotein (Nucleocapsid protein, NC), M protein, envelope small membrane protein (E protein, sM)


Peptide length and overlap: 15 aa peptides with peptide-peptide overlap of 13 aa (shift 2)


Number of peptides / spots: 998 / 1,996 (peptides printed in duplicate)


Positive control: HA (YPYDVPDYAG), polio (KEVPALTAVETGAT) and c-Myc (EQKLISEEDL) control peptides (21, 26 and 18 spots each control)


Size and format: 3'' x 1'', 75.4 mm x 25.0 mm x 1.0 mm, containing 3 array copies per chip


Accessories: compatible with 3/3 well PEPperCHIP® Incubation Tray

Can be assayed with at least 20 µL serum/plasma or 10-20 µg/mL purified antibody.
