PEPperCHIP® Influenza Virus H1N1 Proteome Microarray

Profile antibody responses against the entire Influenza virus H1N1 proteome.

The PEPperCHIP® Influenza A Virus H1N1 Proteome Microarray covers 11 selected antigens from three different strains of Influenza A Virus H1N1 translated into 4,856 highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains linear 15-mer peptides with a 13-mer overlap (shift 2) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Moreover, the microarray contains HA and polio positive control peptides.

The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.
