PEPperCHIP® Influenza Virus H1N1 Proteome Microarray

Profile antibody responses against the entire Influenza virus H1N1 proteome.

The PEPperCHIP® Influenza A Virus H1N1 Proteome Microarray covers 11 selected antigens from three different strains of Influenza A Virus H1N1 translated into 3,555 highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains linear 15-mer peptides with a 12-mer overlap (shift 3) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.

The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

Can be assayed with at least 20 µL serum/plasma or 10-20 µg/mL purified antibody.
