The PEPperCHIP® Foot-and-mouth Disease Virus Proteome Microarray covers the entire foot-and-mouth disease virus proteome translated into highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains 2,332 linear 15-mer peptides with a 14-mer overlap (shift 1) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.

Identify, profile and compare Foot-and-mouth Disease Virus specific IgG, IgA, and IgM responses in patient or animal sera for vaccine development. Screen viral antigens to find and characterize immunodominant epitopes for in-vitro diagnostics research.
