Profile antibody responses against 3,723 human autoimmune-associated peptides.

The PEPperCHIP® Autoimmune Human Epitope Microarray covers 3,723 human B-cell epitopes associated with autoimmune diseases including 534 citrullinated peptides and 29 peptide variants with acetyl lysine. All peptides are 15 amino acids long and printed in duplicates. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.

The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery of autoantigens.

Microarray content: 3,723 human B-cell epitopes associated with autoimmune diseases including 534 citrullinated peptides and 29 peptide variants with acetyl lysine.


Database epitope lengths: 3 aa - 50 aa


Peptide length and overlap: 4 aa to 17 aa depending on the epitope length; longer epitopes were translated into overlapping 17 aa peptides


Number of peptides / spots: 5,315 / 10,630 (peptides printed in duplicate)


Positive control: HA (YPYDVPDYAG), polio (KEVPALTAVETGAT) and c-Myc (EQKLISEEDL) control peptides (78, 76 and 76 spots each control)


Size and format: 3'' x 1'', 75.4 mm x 25.0 mm x 1.0 mm, containing 1 array copy per chip


Accessories: compatible with 3/1 well PEPperCHIP® Incubation Tray

Can be assayed with at least 20 µL serum/plasma or 10-20 µg/mL purified antibody.
