PEPperCHIP® MERS-CoV Proteome Microarray

Profile antibody responses against the entire MERS virus proteome.

The PEPperCHIP® MERS-CoV Proteome Microarray covers the entire MERS-CoV proteome translated into highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains 3,818 linear 15-mer peptides with a 13-mer and 12-mer overlaps (shift 2 and 3) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.

Identify, profile and compare MERS-CoV specific IgG, IgA, and IgM responses in patient or animal sera for vaccine development. Screen viral antigens to find and characterize immunodominant epitopes for in-vitro diagnostics research. The microarray can be used for proteome-wide epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

Can be assayed with at least 20 µL serum/plasma or 10-20 µg/mL purified antibody.
