The PEPperCHIP® HBV L-Protein Antigen Microarray covers L-Protein (Pre-S domain only) of Hepatitis B virus genotypes A2 to H. The microarray chip contains linear 15-mer peptides with a 14-mer overlap (shift 1) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Each microarray chip contains three array copies for one-by-one assays. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.
The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.
