PEPperCHIP® Autoimmune Epitope Microarray

Profile antibody responses against 4,287 autoimmune-associated peptides including citrullinated variants.

The PEPperCHIP® Autoimmune Epitope Microarray covers 4,287 B-cell epitopes associated with autoimmune diseases including 286 citrullinated peptides and the corresponding arginine variants. All peptides are 15 amino acids long and printed in duplicates. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.

The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery of autoantigens.
