Profile antibody responses against the entire HSV-1 proteome.

The PEPperCHIP® Herpes-Simplex-Virus 1 Proteome Microarray covers all 74 HSV-1 proteins including all envelope glycoproteins converted into 19,408 different 15 amino acid peptides with a peptide overlap of 13 amino acids for high resolution epitope data. In addition, the microarray contains HA and polio positive control peptides.

Identify, profile and compare HSV-1 specific antibody responses on the epitope level for antibody biomarker discovery, antibody validation or vaccine development. Identify immunodominant anti-HSV-1 antibody responses or epitope signatures with a diagnostic or prognostic potential. Correlate antibody profiles with a potential role of HSV-1 in dementia or Alzheimer's disease. The microarray can be used for proteome-wide epitope mapping of anti-HSV-1 antibody responses, serum antibody profiling or biomarker discovery.

Can be assayed with at least 20 µL serum/plasma or 10-20 µg/mL purified antibody.
