Epitope and Antibody AnalysisAntibodies are among the most important life science tools for therapeutics, basic research and diagnostic tests. However, mono- and polyclonal antibodies are often poorly characterized in terms of epitope and antigen knowledge, specificity and cross-reactivity.

  • Application: identification of conserved and variable amino acid positions of an epitope, antibody specificity analysis

  • Peptide microarray:exchange of all amino acid positions of a wild type peptide with all 20 amino acids (additional non-natural amino acids on demand)
  • Required information: wild type peptide sequence, sample numbers

  • Application: discovery of unknown antigens, epitopes and mimotopes with an optional antibody specificity evaluation
