Infectious Disease Research SolutionsDiagnostic tests for infectious diseases are often based on the analysis of serum antibodies directed against pathogen-derived antigens. However, the huge variety of pathogens that cause similar symptoms in patients poses a challenge for the development of definite diagnostic tests in a cost- and time-effective manner. Moreover, protein-based tests often lack specificity with similar pathogens like e.g. the flavivirus family.

 

Therefore, PEPperPRINT developed solutions for infectious disease research that allow highly multiplexed screenings of pathogen-specific serum antibodies and the discovery of new prognostic markers on the epitope level. These solutions cover a range of applications to e.g.
